Robert N. Hemphill has an honors degree in Finance from the University of Florida. In 1996, he graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hemphill served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Walter Komanski of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orange County. He also worked as a teaching fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department of the University of Florida College of Law in 1996. Mr. Hemphill was awarded the Robert E. "Jeff" McNeil scholarship for Academic Achievement. He was a law clerk for the firm in 1996, joined the firm as an associate in 1997, and was named partner in 2003. Mr. Hemphill specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
