Joe Polich, Jr. was born and raised in the Winter Park area. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration and from the University of Florida with a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Polich was selected as one of ten students to participate in the Civil Clinic Program representing indigent clients. He clerked for the firm during the summer of 1986, became an associate in 1987, and a partner in 1994. He currently specializes in personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death litigation.
