Russell
Troutman is a well-known trial lawyer and community leader. Mr. Troutman is the
former President of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Legal Aid
Society of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Supreme Court Historical
Society. He has written 250 articles of legal comment, hosted over 200 television
programs for WFTV Channel 9, and authored Ethical Guidelines for Legal Assistants
, published by The Florida Bar. Mr. Troutman has been a Florida Bar Board Certified
Civil Trial Lawyer since 1983. He has also successfully defended public figures
against criminal charges. Mr. Troutman and his firm have produced over $150
